JIVSERVICES/IVCINEMA offers TV mounting, ceiling fan installation, wall coating, furniture assembly, electrical outlet installation, electrical fireplace installation, Ring camera installation, and game console mounting. The scope of each job will be clearly defined before work begins.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payments are due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, electronic transfers, or other approved payment methods.

3. No Refund Policy

All services are final. No refunds or money-back guarantees will be issued once a service is completed.

4. Liability Disclaimer

JIVSERVICES/IVCINEMA is not responsible for any damages to walls, wiring, furniture, or property that occur before, during, or after the service. Clients must ensure the service area is safe, clean, and accessible.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that the installation area is clear of obstructions and that all necessary equipment is available. Clients must inform the technician of any known hazards or issues prior to installation.

6. Right to Refuse Service

JIVSERVICES/IVCINEMA reserves the right to refuse service in situations where the work environment is unsafe, or if the client is uncooperative or abusive.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided.
